Our Mission Statement

Internal

To position ourselves as a professional service provider globally on expert witness, consultancy, arbitration, mediation, training and development before 1999 (Achieved in 2000).
To continuously expand our business scope and magnitude by creating the best customer satisfaction in all services provided by us. (Ongoing service objective)
To migrate our operations from Hong Kong to Toronto before June 1996 (Achieved in 1996) and to become a leader in the industry before the year 2000. (Achieved in 2002)
To create an information and education based letter of credit website, covering related technologies, such as bill of lading, maritime charter, cargo insurance, Incoterms, trade legislations and conventions, fraud prevention, China and commodity trades. (Achieved in 2002)

External

To provide guidance to university students in preparation of theses on international trade, particularly in letter of credit over the web. (Ongoing objective)
To develop potential practitioners from banks, trading houses and other service industries as experts in letter of credit and international trade through guidance over the web. (Ongoing objective)
To promote business ethics and best practices in international trade through articles, seminars, workshops and consultancy. (Ongoing objective)
To participate in community affairs as a keen supporter in visual arts, classical music, Buddhism and culture activities. (Ongoing objective)
