Glad to receive your response and thanks for you providing ICC document 470/1019 which I cannot find on www.iccwbo.org. I don't know whether it can be read only by ICC member or authorised ones.

It is only available to members of ICC National Committees. If you are a member of ICC China, you should get a copy. Please contact Mr. Li Haifun in Beijing, ICC China.

No problem for me to read Chinese Traditional Characters.

Just as you said that it is nice to attend ICC Commission meeting at least once in a life, I also keenly want to do, but unfortunately there is no chance for me. Maybe in the future? I hope.

If you have an opportunity to come to China to hold workshops, warmly welcome to have a trip in Yangzhou (Jiangsu province), the president Jiang's hometown, a very beautiful city with a long history. It is indeed a great pleasure when a friends of congenial mind come from afar, just as Confucius remarked.

Whilst I was invited to lecture in Shanghai, I took a short trip to 杭州 (Hangzhou) 及蘇州 (Suzhou) but I would like to feel in person the poetic description of 煙花三月下楊州 (Fancy a visit to Yangzhou in Spring time to meet the "La Traviata" beauties).
