Dear Gary,

You stated in Coastline Solutions Latest News "ICC Opinions shape the UCP revision" Part 2 concerning UCP 500 Article 23 that:

"11. The use of range of ports or geographic areas and requirements for ports of loading and discharge details"

11 This is covered in UCP 600 but only in respect of Charter Party Bills of Lading (sub-article 22 (a) (iii)).

However, the range of ports of Loading or geographical areas are not included in the UCP 600 sub-article 22 (a) (iii), despite my suggestions via comments to add them in. You only include a range of ports of discharge in sub-article 22 (a) (iii).

Please amend your statement.

Thanks

T. O.
