Dear Emily,

To respond to your questionnaire, from my experience in resolution of international trade disputes and from the feedback on workshops held around the world, there is no need to redraft the Incoterms 2000. It works fine.

The only suggestion is to clarify who should pay for the THC (Terminal Handling Charges) levied by the container depot. A simple statement from the Group of Experts in Incoterms 2000 should be adequate.

Best regards,

T. O.
