- For consistency, “Vessel” and “Port of Loading” should not be capitalized in the Flowchart on page 9.
- To reflect the ICC Banking Commission opinions as expressed in paragraph (5) (a) (i) and (ii), following new boxes should be added under the boxes “Bill of lading is pre-printed “received for shipment”” and “Bill of lading is pre-printed “shipped on board”” in the flowchart on page 9 for clarity even though these are mentioned in Footnote 5:
