Having Trouble to Login EVEN with Correct Username and Password?

This problem would most likely be due to any of the situations listed below. If you are revisiting this page, you may skip the section that you have gone through by clicking an item that sounds new to you.

  1. Settings of your browser;
  2. Excessive amount of "no longer useful (but not yet erased)" data that clog up your PC after its prolonged operation; OR,
  3. Old cookies or browsing history that clog up the performance of your browser.

A) Adjust the Settings of your Browser

To log into this website, your browser needs to accept cookies from www.tolee.com, though you may block cookies from other sites.

If you are using IE 6.0, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to "Tools" in the Menu bar (near the top of browser), then select "Internet Options...", as shown in the picture below:

    Tools -> Internet Options

  2. The following window will show up.  From there, click the "Privacy" tab, as circled below:

Internet Options Window. Press "Privacy" tab

Depending on the privacy setting of your browser, what appears under the "Privacy" section can be ONE of the followings:

Default Privacy. Press Edit OR Custom Privacy. Press Edit

If something similar to the above left shows up, you may have a privacy setting anywhere from "High" to "Accept All Cookies" inclusive.  In either case, press "Edit..." button as shown above, unless your browser accepts all cookies.  In case you choose to accept all cookies, jump to step 4.

  3. Upon pressing Edit button, a window like the one below will appear.  Simply follow the instructions as per the diagrams below, from left to right, so that cookies from www.tolee.com will always be allowed.

Type "www.tolee.com" (without quotes), then press "Allow" button then Ensure "tolee.com" has a setting of "Always Allow"

  4. Press OK within the Internet Options Window as shown below.  As explained in step 2, this window has two versions depending on your privacy settings.

Internet Options Window. Press OK to finish OR Internet Options Window. Press OK to finish

Your browser should now be able to log into our website.

If you are using IE 5.x, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select "Tools" from the menu bar (near the top of browser), then click "Internet Options..."
  2. Go to "Security" Tab, then "Restricted sites", and press the "Sites..." button. A "Restricted sites" window will pop up.
  3. In this window, be sure that www.tolee.com is NOT included in that list.  If included, remove it and press OK.
  4. For all other security zones (namely Internet, Local intranet, and Trusted sites), press the "Custom Level..." button.  A "Security Settings" window will appear.
  5. Under the "Cookies" category, choose "Enable" for both items below:
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until all the three zones mentioned in step 4 are checked and proved to be correct.  Please note that both cookies items listed in step 5 should be "Disabled" in the "Restricted" zone.
  7. Press OK for new settings to be effective.  At this point, your browser should accept cookies when you visit our website.

In case you are using a different browser, we hope the above instructions would still be helpful.

If you have changed your browser settings as per the instructions above, you may go back to the previous login page.  If you have trouble to login AND find out your browser settings are already correct as per above, please try Section B below.

  2. In the "Internet Options" Window, look for the "General" tab (near the top-left corner) to ensure you're there.
  3. Under "Temporary Internet files" (in the middle of window), press "Delete Cookies ..." button, then click "OK" in the "Delete Cookies" dialog box to confirm.

  5. In the lower half of "Internet Options" window, press "Clear History" on the right, and answer "Yes" to delete your history of visited web sites.
  6. Select the "Content" tab (located at centre-top of "Internet Options" window).
  7. Under "Personal information", press "AutoComplete..." button.
  8. In the "AutoComplete Settings" window, click "Clear Forms", then click OK to clear all previously saved form entries except passwords.
  9. Also in the same window as step 8, click "Clear Passwords", then click OK to clear all previously saved form passwords.
  10. All the old data are now cleared, press OK to exit "AutoComplete Settings" window, and OK again to exit "Internet Options" window.

For IE 7, simply do the followings:

  1. Go to "Tools" (near the top-right of IE browser) => "Internet Options" (at/near the bottom of the list).
  2. An "Internet Options" window will appear. Under "Browsing history", press the "Delete..." button.
  3. Another window called "Delete Browsing History" will appear. Simply press the "Delete all..." button.
  4. Click "Yes" to answer the question "Are you sure you want to delete all Internet Explorer browsing history?".
  5. Once finish, press the "OK" button at the bottom of the "Internet Options" window.

Doing the above should remove the confusion caused by old cookies or history, and hence your browser can perform the way it should be.  In case you are using a different browser, we hope the above instructions would still be helpful.  You may now go back to the previous login page.
